The intellectual property rights of the content on this website are governed by Greek, European, and International copyright laws and are the property of Ulysses Jewellery. The partial or full republication of content from the Ulysses Jewellery website is explicitly prohibited. Any display or reproduction of Ulysses Jewellery content is only permissible with written authorization from the company itself.
The display and publication of information and elements such as logos, names, etc., on the Ulysses Jewellery website that pertain to the company or third parties are protected under trademark laws and should not be construed as an automatic grant of the right to use them.
Ulysses Jewellery is not liable for any errors that may occur during data exchange.
Regarding references or redirects via links to third-party websites, Ulysses Jewellery is not responsible for the content, products, or services of those sites.
The use of the Ulysses Jewellery website must be carried out exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that 1) does not impede the use of the site by third parties, 2) complies with applicable laws and good morals, and 3) does not cause damage to the provided services and the network that delivers them.
Return & Refund Policy
(!) Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 14 days from your order.
(!) Attention! Refunds apply exclusively to online purchases and not to purchases made in physical stores.
Returns and Exchanges
To make a return and exchange, you can either visit one of the Ulysses stores or, alternatively, contact our e-shop by phone at +30 2310 474499 or via email at eshop@ulyssesjewellery.com, in order to begin the process of exchange or return through our e-shop.
The product(s) must be in their initial, excellent condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original state. They must also be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. The receipt must also be included. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Exchanges and returns are not accepted for special/custom orders
Refunds (if applicable)
(!) Refunds apply exclusively to online purchases and not to purchases made in physical stores.
(!) Shipping costs for refunds are borne by the customer.
(!) Refunds are not accepted for seasonal items, discounted items or special order items.
Refunds are applicable in case the products are received with damages, scratches or have defects due to manufacturing error. For such products, the client must inform the company within two days after delivery with a photograph of the damaged product at eshop@ulyssesjewellery.com
Once the product is received and inspected, an email will be sent to client to notify that we have received the returned item and the approval or rejection of the refund. If the request is approved, then the refund will be processed.
Refunds (if applicable) require up to 5–10 business days from the inspection of the product(s) at the e-shop, and the account holder must be the customer in whose name the order was placed.
In case of a product return, the refund can be issued to your bank account. Refunds are made only if the product is returned along with the retail receipt of purchase.
*There are certain situations where refunds are not applicable. These include:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item which is not in its original condition and is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that has been returned after the 14 days given period. We inform you that Ulysses bears no responsibility for any damages of the products after they have been used and is not obliged whatsoever to refund the products.
For international orders:
If your order was shipped outside of Greece, the shipping costs for the return or exchange, as well as any customs duties or fees, are borne by the customer. In case of non-receipt, shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable.
